We've only used the pollen heads in this blend as they're the sweetest part of the plant, and added a hint of honeyed loveliness and aromatic vanilla. Traditionally, camomile has been used to help you relax, so sink into a deep armchair and let your worries drift away.

Using one bag per person, pour on boiling water and infuse for two to three minutes. Leave for a little longer if you prefer a stronger taste.
